Aleksandra Viktorovna Gerasimenya ((ベラルーシ語:Аляксандра Віктараўна Герасіменя), (ロシア語:Александра Викторовна Герасиме́ня); born 31 December 1985 in Minsk) is a swimmer from Belarus.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Aleksandra Gerasimenya )〕 She specialises in sprint freestyle and backstroke events.
Despite a two-year ban for a positive test for norandrosterone in 2003,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Gerasimenya's Ban Reduced to Two Years )〕 Gerasimenya returned to win gold medals at both the European and World Championships.
At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she won silver medals in the 50 and 100 meter freestyle events.
